Korea is ranked 1st in the world UIA International Meetings Statistics Report 2016 as a lead for international conventions, and a rising star for on trend incentives, South Korea delivers for any type of business event.

  • 1/3 of the world’s population are within a three hour flight of Incheon International Airport, making Korea a strong hub within Asia for holding international and regional meetings.
  • 90+ airlines link 186 cities globally with a direct flight into Korea. The two national airlines are Korean Air and Asiana flying direct. Including BA they fly 3 daily direct flights from the UK.
  • Additional international airports serve Asia: Gimpo Airport, near Seoul, Gimhae for Busan and Daegu, and Jeju – each receive direct flights from Japan, China etc., as well as a domestic service.
  • An extensive road and rail network, the KTX high speed train connects Incheon via Seoul (28 mins) to the southwest and southeast corners of Korea in less than 3 hours, and West to East coast (Incheon international airport to Gangneung) in 86 mins.
